What we collect
- Contact form: your name, mobile number, the service and package you choose, and the project details you write.
- AI assistant: the messages you type in the assistant window during the conversation.
- WhatsApp and email: whatever you send us directly through these channels.
- Technical data: your IP address, used to prevent spam and repeated submissions.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, provide a consultation and prepare a quote.
- To improve our services and this website.
- We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
Third parties
- AI assistant: chat messages are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate replies. Please do not share sensitive information there.
- Fonts and libraries: the site loads fonts from Google Fonts and a 3D library from jsDelivr. These services receive your IP address when they load.
- WhatsApp: WhatsApp buttons take you to WhatsApp, which has its own policy.
Retention and security
We keep contact requests for as long as we work with you and as needed afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. Requests are stored in a location on our server that is not publicly accessible.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data. Email info@uaebarcode.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
The site does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this page.
